Deliveries and Returns

DELIVERY

We work closely with our courier partners to try and deliver your parcels as safely as possible.

We offer standard delivery within the UK. Delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days. Please note that this timeframe is approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Once parcels are dispatched from Grace & Eden to the courier, delivery timeframes maybe change due to courier delays or issues.

Flower arrangements however can take longer and are delivered within 10 working days. Please do contact us if you require your order by a particular date and will try our best to accommodate this.

Standard UK delivery is free for all orders over £100 or £5.95 for orders below.

DELIVERY RATES – UK HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND & OFFSHORE:
These delivery rates apply for the following destinations;
Channel Islands – £20.00
Isle of Wight – £20.00
Isle of Man – £20.00
Northern Ireland / Ireland – £15.00
Scottish Highlands – £15.00
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect.  If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we will refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us.
We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by emailing us.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and notification of your parcel tracking number.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

We accept order modifications or cancellations any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us if you would like to modify or cancel an existing order and we will do our best to help.  

RETURNS

While we hope that you will be delighted with your Grace & Eden flowers, if for whatever reason you are not totally satisfied, please do contact us.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item. We cannot offer a refund beyond this time period. Please note that bespoke orders are non returnable.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be complete, unused and in the original packaging. Please take care to fully inspect your flowers to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of the packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the returned item.

To process your return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will reply with the relevant information to complete your return.

Within the returned parcel, please enclose a copy of your original order as well as the reason for return inside. We request that your items are carefully re-packaged. We advise that you use a parcel tracking service to return your item as we cannot accept liability for parcels/items lost or damaged in transit.

Please note we are unable to refund the original delivery charge. We do not cover the delivery cost of returned items and do not provide return labels. The return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

If the reason for the return is because the item is faulty, please email us at info@graceandeden.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of your item including a photograph of the damaged/faulty item and a description of the fault and we will send out a replacement. 

Promotional discounts or sales granted on your original order may no longer be applicable if you return part of your order and any refund will be adjusted to include only those concessions eligible on the revised order.

If an item is bought as a ‘bunch’, the full bunch of six stems must be returned to receive a refund, partial refunds are not offered. Arrangements that have been untied, ribbon removed or are incomplete upon return will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed onto your original payment card.

Please note that refunds can only be processed once we receive the original items back. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to clear into your account. We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your bank whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

EXCHANGES

We can process an exchange for items within 14 days of receipt of your item however we are unable to cover the returned delivery cost. We are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item.
